Who operates the service

Looking For A is operated by Supacel Technologies Ltd. Questions about personal information can be sent to hello@supacel.co.uk.

Information we collect

Business applications may include business details, a contact name, telephone number, email, service information and supporting registration or insurance information. Quote requests may include the requested service, location, description, timing, budget and customer contact details.

Why we use it

We use information to review business applications, publish approved business profiles, respond to enquiries, match quote requests with suitable providers, prevent abuse and operate the service. We do not ask users to submit sensitive medical, financial or detailed legal case information.

Sharing

When a customer submits a quote request with consent, the request and contact details may be shared with up to three suitable providers so they can respond. Business application information is not published until it has been reviewed; contact details intended for a public profile may then be displayed.

Retention and rights

We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to direct marketing, by contacting us.

Marketing

Submitting a listing or quote request does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Any optional marketing consent will be requested separately.
